At Automiq, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI automation and digital services that help businesses grow. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a service or request a refund.
1. Service Cancellation
1.1 One-Time Projects (e.g., Chatbot Setup, CRM Implementation)
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment.
If the service work has not yet started, a full refund may be issued.
If work has already begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed.
1.2 Subscription Plans (e.g., Monthly Automation Packages)
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your client dashboard or by emailing us at [[email protected]].
The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No pro-rata refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
1.3 Free Trials & Audits
Services provided under free trials, free audits, or promotional campaigns are non-refundable.
2.Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Refunds are provided based on the stage of the project or service. If a project is canceled before any work has begun, a full refund is applicable. If the project is already in progress, a partial refund may be considered depending on the amount of work completed and resources used. Once a project is fully delivered, no refund will be issued. For subscription services, if a renewal has already been processed, no refund will be provided; however, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. In cases of technical failure or service disruption caused by Automiq, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis after internal review.

Reason for refund
We will review and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if:
You violated our terms of service
The request is based on subjective dissatisfaction after project delivery
Significant time or resources were already invested
